After several years of small productions we obtained an optimum balance between fruit, yield and quality in the vineyard. The low yielding per hectare and the accurate control of the grapes ripening gave an aromatic result consisting in scents of fruits and flowers. In addition this year a complex savourand mineral flavours due to the typicalproduction area.

Soft squeezing of the whole cluster, static decantation of the cool must, fermentation at controlled temperature in steel casks without malo-lactic fermentation.
Six months cask ageing followed by two months of bottle ageing.
