SENSORY DESCRIPTION
COLOUR : straw bright yellow color veiled in gold
NOSE : elaborate, with intense floral scents of wisteria, acacia and mimosa.The fruity note reminds to rennet apple, yellow plum and medlars. Then it opens to green feelings of wild fennel and anise spices with a background of hydrocarbons to make all more elegant.
MOUTH : Notes of freshness, sapid, deep cut and balanced in the alcoholic softness.
The aromatic persistence recalls to the hydrocarbons an the wild fennels.
PAIRING : Fresh pasta seasoned with seafood sauce. Baked or grilled fish. White meat in pan.SERVICE TEMPERATURE
